Bobbio is a tourist destination as it is known for its history of art, culture, for nature and its ancient monuments. did you know that my family passed through the mountains and jungle. After we reached Bobbio we first found a parking lot. Then we had a walk to the bridge. Boobio is a province of Piacenza. From my house to Bobbio it is 1h 6min and is 55.6km and now from Piacenza it is 54min which is 44.8km

First, I am going to write about the hunchback bridge. The Ponte Vecchio di Bobbio, along 273 meters, was named Ponte Gobbo for the particular irregular profile with 11 uneven bows between them and placed at different heights. There are three pairs of newsstands or crocini, over the bigger camps. In the two above the big arch , there are two statues depicting Saint Colombano and the Madonna dell’Auto.

The Abby

Now, I am going to write about the Abby in the town. This Abby was built somewhere around the 11 century. The bells on this church rings every half an hour which is thirty minutes. The name of this cathedral is Bobbio abby. The Bobbio Abby is a monastery which was founded in the 614 by the Irish saint Columbanus.

Places in London

Yesterday my family and I had a visit to Buckingham Palace, Big Ban, Westminster Abby and many more places. But When we were going to visit Buckingham palace we saw a few massive houses.20171119_095947.jpg

First I am going to write abou20171119_115516.jpgt the Buckingham Palace. This palace is located in the City of Westminster. At the palace there is also a guard changing ceremony at many times like on Sunday. This palace has been made since 1703  that is 314 years ago!

Now I will tell you about St James Park which is very near the palace. At this park there is a lot of park animals and many people having fun. The nice part is when the animals come on your leg or hands like birds come on your hands if you feed them or if there is food in your hand. Then the squirrels  which also climbs up your leg if you feed them or they will climb onto your hand if there is food that you fed them recently. In this park there is a playground,a path walk, a pond, where there will be animals like:

  • ducks
  • pigeon
  • Ravens
  • Crows
  • Squirrels
  • Rabbits(Rarely)
  • Swans
  • gulls

and many more animals. This park is actually one of the Royal Parks in London and closes at 12 am.

Next, I am going to write about Big Ben. Big Ben is the nickname for the Great Bell of the clock at the North of the Palace of Westminster in London and is usually referred to both the clock and the clock tower. The Height of this tower is 96 meters and has 11 floors. This is also located in the City Of Westminster.

Now, I am going to write about Westminster Abby. Westminster Abby is one of the worlds great church, with a history stretching back over a thousand years and an essential part of any trip to London. This church is 69 meters and is opened in 1090 which is 927 years ago. This church is just to the west of the Palace of Westminster.

All these places so far are actually walking distance!

Lastly, I am going to write about about Hyde Park which is not walking distance. Hyde Park is the biggest in London and is also the biggest of the four royal parks. This park has been established in 1637 and closes at 12 am just like St James Park. Right now at Hyde park there is a winter wonderland heme park with roller coasters and many more entertainments. Finally I am going  to write about the entertainments in London.

  • The Holy Mammoth
  • The Funny Chimpanze

These are some of the skeletons that I saw.

Then we saw all insect exhibit where I also learned that when something is moving slowly on a spider web it will be a spider and when some thing is moving fast it will be a insect trapped in the web.20171118_134417.jpg

When we went upstairs I saw a few ores and a section of crystals and minerals and when we went on we saw a exhibit of gem stones and there were diamonds and much more there was even a big jewel in a case surrounded in glass.

when we went even further we saw a replica of a monkey and also a baby kangaroo preserved in time.

When we went down we saw a few parts of the moon with other rare parts. Then we went up the escalator to enter the earth’s exhibit. Inside there were thoughts of what the earth will be like in 2020. Then we went the the exhibit of planets where my brother wrote his topic about the solar systems. When we walked further inside we saw how volcanoes erupt, how earthquakes are formed. Earthquakes are formed when the plates of the earth move.

Good morning everyone, today I am going to write about my flight to London and my first night.

Thursday morning was my flight to London by Norwegian airways. Norwegian airways is a airways that takes you to different countries from London which is their main stop. Norwegian airlines is also a budget airline which if you add the cost a little bit it will serve you breakfast and lunch. Because it was a fourteen hour flight my father got us thee lunch and breakfast. Because the time is eight hours back in London, my father made us sleep so that we don’t get jet lag in London. Before we even left Singapore there was actually a line of planes getting ready to take of!

Now I am going to write about what happened when we reached London. First thing my family did is to pass the immigration and get the other bags, then we went out of the airport and it was 8 or 9 degrees. Finally we went to get a car and squeezed nine bags in to the car and 3 were actually big. When we reached the apartment that we rented it is actually quite big as there is 2 bedrooms 1 living room with a TV a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Did yo know there is even WiFi!

For dinner we had pizza from Charcoal Pizza it was actually not bad it was very good. Once we finished the pizza we took a few medicines so that we do not get sick! then we took turns to change and then slept in a nice cozy bed. The next morning I woke everyone up at 4 am and then we watched TV for 2 hours until we ate food!
