I’m sure that most of you have tried the common strip mining method in Minecraft when it comes to mining, most of you are probably bored of mining after just a little while of using that method and not finding any of the shiny ores. Well now, after reading this post, you will probably find a way that interests you!
The first way and my most favorite way is by caving. To do this method you will need to have about 2 stacks of torches and then using your pickaxe and mine in a straight line until you find a cave. If you want, you can go to the sounds setting and enable subtitles to help you in your search! Once you find a cave, make sure that you search every where and maybe, you might just find yourself diamonds in a vein of 8! Just make sure that you mine those diamonds with a fortune III pickaxe and make sure that there is no lava underneath the diamonds!
The next way is by trading with villagers. Although when you trade with villagers, you can’t actually get diamonds. Instead you can trade with them to get diamond armor and tools. This method however is quite lengthy as you will first need to get a steady source of emeralds. The villager jobs that give diamond armor are the armorer, tool smith and the weapon smith. The armorer needs a blast furnace, the tool smith needs the smithing table and the weapon smith needs the grindstone.
The last way that I am going to talk about is exploring. When exploring, just make sure that you have enough food! You can get diamonds by finding buried treasure from a sunken ship, by finding a jungle temple and even a desert temple. The most common place to find diamonds while exploring is in a end city. However, it is more likely that you will get really good enchanted diamond gear instead of actual diamonds. Some end cities also have ships that has something that’s really over powered-The Elytra!

When going on for the first time, you will be asked to register using the /register command and then when ever you login, if you are lucky, you can log in without entering your password. Most of the time, you will need to login with the /login command. After successfully logging in, you will be spawned on a island. It is really well built and that ”spawn island” has a game rule enabled so that none of the blocks can be broken.
