Slime has been a growing trend ever since 2015 when some young youtubers made videos of themselves playing and making many different bowls of slime with different colors or textures. In todays post, I will be writing about how to make slime!

Before we start, let me tell you what slime is! Slime is a product of Mattel, back in 1976 when it was first released, it was sold in a plastic trash can and was later on sold in some more different variants which had plastic balls or fake cockroaches in it to provide different textures to the slime being sold!

Step 1:

To make the slime, you will need some equipment and ingredients before being able to make it. You will need:

• A bowl
• A spoon
• School glue
• Elmer’s magical liquid

Step 2:

Pour how much of glue you want into the bowl and then add 3 cups of the magical liquid every half bottle and mix well

Step 3:

Knead it with your hands once a slime substance forms while your mixing

Step 4:

Put it into a bowl and enjoy your slime!

The various different types of blog industries

In the world, there are many different types of job industries, to name a few. Agriculture, architecture and arts are just some of the many different job  sectors out there. Today, I am just going to be writing about the top 5 job industries right now

1. Restaurants and food services

This is by far on of the largest job industry right now. Mostly everywhere you go now a days, you would always see the familiar logos of your favorite fast food restaurant. To name a few, there is MacDonalds, BurgerKing, Kentucky Fried Chicken and the list goes on. These are all under the restaurant and food services industry.

2. Media

Media along side restaurants and food services is one of the many large job sectors. Nearly every country has its own channel where daily news is being streamed live every day at a certain time. Media also includes the jobs of journalism where journalists gather news for newspapers and/or the daily news

3. Manufacturing

On the number 3 spot there is Manufacturing. This refers to the making of goods which is then sold by the business to the customer. One example is Nutella. Ferrero(The brand that makes Nutella) manufactures thousands of bottles of Nutella which is then sold to supermarkets. Where we buy them from!

4. Construction, Repair and Maintenance

Every time we go outside, we always see many buildings. These buildings that are made are all under construction, repair and maintenance. Every once in a while, an Inspector comes and inspects the building to see if there is anything that is needed to be repaired such as a faulty switch or a clogged toilet!

5. Health care

Lastly there is health care. To me, health care is considered one of the largest industry because there are many public and private hospitals, clinics and pharmacies all over the globe! In every city there is at least one pharmacy and maybe a clinic and a hospital as well! This industry is really essential in every city. This is because if some got sick or is suffering a heart attack, without a clinic or hospital, there is no way to help that person unless if they travel a long distance to get to the hospital which could be hundreds of kilometers away!

Guppies

Guppies, one of the worlds most popular pet fish! They are a low maintenance fish because they are one of the easiest fishes to keep in the world. All you need to take care of them is:

• A tank
• Some aquatic plants
• Food
• A filter or air pump

From the list I have included aquatic plants because when they are born, they would need a place to hide so that the other adult guppies wont eat them! They are also very cheap fish and you can get about 20 guppies for only S$2.

Here are some fun facts about them!

1. They can give birth
2. babies are called fry
3. can give birth to about 20 to 60 guppies at a time
4. are also called Rainbow Fish because of its vast varieties of colors
5. Originate from South America

So far in my experience of keeping guppies, for me, they are super duper easy to keep! In the morning, I give them a pinch of some flakes and at night, I give them another pinch. This is because right now, all my guppies are still fry’s and are growing up. In my tank, there is probably at least about 20 to 30 guppies! However when it comes to cleaning, its also easy. As of now, I don’t have a net and I plan to get one on my next visit to the fish store. Without the net cleaning is just more challenging as I cannot catch the fish and transfer them to the temporary bucket of water while I clean the tank and add in new water. Instead, I have to pour out all the water until there is very little dirty water left then I can pour it into the temporary bucket. But overall, keeping them is really fun and the best part is feeding time when they all rush to get the food so as to not stay hungry!

Avatar : The Last Airbender

Avatar : The Last Airbender is a show which is created by :Michael Dante DiMartino, Bryan Konietzko and  Aaron Ehasz. The series has 3 seasons each with around 20 episodes that are half an hour each! It was premiered on Nickelodeon in 2005 and was cancelled in 2008. It later arrived in Netflix in May this year.

• Sokka
• Fire Lord Ozai
• Prince Zuko (Later becomes Fire Lord)
• Appa
• Momo
•  Toph

From these my personal favorites are Aang and Momo!

After the show was cancelled, the creators made comics. They have made 8 comics so far and I am at the 4th comic. Each comic is broken in to 3 parts. Each part has around 80 pages. The show was supposed to have 4 seasons but instead, they opted into making a live-action movie which did not go so well. But after that disaster, they created another series called Legend of Korra. It is about another Avatar named Korra learning the 4 elements:

• Air
• Fire
• Water
• Earth

Just like how Aang did I haven’t watched it yet as it is going to come out on Netflix on August the 15!. Really soon, Netflix will also be releasing a live-action series and hopefully it wont be a disaster! I am really looking forward into watching and finishing all the Avatar shows and comics!

The show is like a cliff hanger, meaning that after each episode, I am really eager to watch the episode after it which is why I really like the show and comics!

Way 1: it will show a full bar when it is full charged and when low, it will be near the bottom and it will be red

Way 2:

3. Find the battery widget and click the green “+” to enable the widget. Click “Done” to save.

Differences:

I think that the only 2 noticeable differences from the clones and the original airpods is that the case and earbuds has lights. The lights of the case is blue when it is charging the earbuds and i turns red whenever the case is charged. The earbuds goes red when it is charging and it flashes red and blue when it is disconnected or not paired but once it has been paired, the lights will go out. To tell if it is fully charged the lights on the case will turn off from red.

Overall, for its price I think that the tws i12 wireless earphones are really good in terms of sound and battery life comparing to real airpods, this is a really good option for those that cannot afford the official airpods. The packaging is also really good for its price!

During this period of time, I sure that everyone will die of boredom so Strait Times and Prudential have organised a coloring competition that consists of coloring pages that are on the back of the Strait Times newspaper page. It is composed of portrait of a scene or a scene covered with doodles, those are the two color pages that have come up so far! One thing in this competition that is different from other competitions is that you do not have to conform to any rules! One thing you will need to depend on is your choice of colors! The competition is divided into 7 parts and each part is like a day which means there will be a drawing everyday. There will be 5 winners that will win a total of $5000 each and I have no doubt of winning this competition!

Although I was deprived from playing football, at first I was a little bit disappointed in not being able to play,  after a few days, I had built up my confidence to play behind my house since my other two footballs have been lost over there. Some other ways to cure your boredom is by:

• Trying something new
• Finish a video game
• Finish a whole season of a show

Those are just some ideas if you want you can just google it up!
